We were overjoyed to see so many familiar faces of former pupils, staff, parents and members of the St. Margaret’s Chapel Guild at the St. Margaret’s Day service, held in St. Mary’s Cathedral on Friday Nov. 19, 2021. Our sincere thanks go to Graeme and Jane Forbes for co-ordinating all of the arrangements for the service, and to Colin at St. Mary’s for ensuring that the Cathedral was beautifully warm, safe and welcoming for all of the visitors!

For those of you who were not able to be with us this year, we’ve a little recording of the St. Margaret’s Singers and the school song.

We also wanted to thank everyone for their generous donations on the evening, from which, we easily covered the costs of the refreshments. We were therefore also able to donate £35 to the St. Mary’s Cathedral money box and £100 to the St Mary’s Choral Scholarship Fund.

We look forward to similar arrangements for 2022 and anticipate that the date will likely be Nov. 18, 2022. Please do keep it in your diaries, and we’ll confirm details to you nearer the time.
